Return/Refund Policy: We do not accept returns/refunds at the moment. If there is a manufacturing defect then we can offer store credit or exchange of an item that is the same or near price. Please note that exchanges are not eligible after 14 days of the delivered date.

Shipping: Shipment takes place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you have used an incorrect or wrong address of shipment and the order has already been shipped. There is nothing we can do but advise you to contact the postal services. If your order gets lost or is never received, we advise reaching out to the postal service as well as contacting us. If the conclusion of the matter is the postal service wrong doing. We are not responsible by law to refund or ship new order. Responsibility is on the postal service of use.
